Walked over to Throop to vote at about 11 a.m. and it only took about 10 minutes of waiting. There were about 30 people there. There were supplemental ballots in seven languages. Except English.
Monica and Todd live a block apart in the Playhouse District. Coincidentally, they met there by chance, 16 years ago. Before 220 South Lake Ave. became a Panda Express. They have wildly different memories of that encounter.
Monica is a former reporter now working in the City Hall at the other end of the Gold Line.
Todd is a reporter who has previously covered the city and its political landscape for the Pasadena Star-News. He is still one year younger.
Seriously, this is your only choice in Real Estate.
Looking to make Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley the center of your universe? Or unload your property to stave off crushing economic collapse?! There is no finer choice than Catherine Morgan at Coldwell Banker on South Lake Ave. She's a real human being. She's also Todd's mom.

Stood in line for nearly 45 minutes this morning. Had to leave for an 8:30 meeting. I'll try again after work.
